Mixing With Other Plants

I have a two room setup for veg and flower. I'm using a top drip in the veg room and ebb flow in the flowering room. I enjoy growing herbs and vegetables. I have basil, tomato, pepper, and cucumber plants working right now. I'm a 2nd year rookie when it comes to hydroponics and even gardening in general. I want to add one female cannabis plant to the veg room and use the mother-clone-veg-flower technique.

Is it ok to mix cannabis with other crops indoors? Will I have problems with cross pollination? Is there anything different that I have to do or any special considerations?

I know there are a lot of variables here but I'm mainly worried about the cannabis' ability to play well with my other crops. I want good results but I'm not overly concerned with high yields. I just want a little decent quality herb for around the house. Will I be ok?

cross pollination is impossible, even with MJ close relative the Hops vine.
You're safe to grow whatever you want, just don't bring in plants from outside or a nursery or you risk bringing in the dreaded spider mites.
