Mold just starting... need some quick advise

just noticed mold just starting to form on the buds. Buds are laid out drying some more... do I have to wait for the buds to fully dry before I start the water cure, or can I start water curing right now? I would appreciate it someone with similar experience would give me some feedback....... Forgot to mention the buds were in the curing stage when the mold was first noticable.

They need to dry out completely to stop the mold, first and foremost.

water curing is done right after harvest I always thought, why would you dry a bud that you will get soaked.? Next time, buy a small thermometer that tells you the humidity, put it in the glass jar with your bud curing, after 24hours, if humidity is higher than 65% the bud has to dry some more before putting back in the jar, that's how I do it now it works like a dam
