Ok so i noticed today while looking at my babies that there is mold growing on the exposed soil... Not on the top of the soil by the mainstem, but at the bottom of the pot were the water drains and allows oxygen for the roots.. is this bad? and if so how can i stop it?

Mold on your buds is worse than what you're seeing. Make sure you have good air circulation and mid 50's for humidity. I recently read on a commercial dehumidifier site that it's impossible for mold to grow in environments below 50% humidity.

Yea i forgot to mention that the plants are outdoors, therefore i cannot control the humidity.. I'm just hoping that the mold doesn't affect the plants.

Since they're not indoors, the only thing I'd suggest is putting a few bricks under your pot to allow airflow under there.

Its yellow and kind of powdery. When i removed it with a little stick, it kind of went airborne like pollen or something.

I'm not an outdoors man but i would say drilling a couple 1/4"to 1/2" holes on side of pot would help with draining and oxygen. I always used hygrozyme to help my roots out. It wouldn't reverse the problem it would just prevent it from spreading. I like the brick idea.
