I got some good weed but some buds has this in it, can anyone tell me if it's bad or not

That looks more like a web to me than mold. I would not touch any bud with mold on it.. Spiders.. Well, maybe not super fun to smoke, could be discarded as an angels share!

The answer to the questions is simple, you do not have good weed, you have trash.

It is bad. Alot of mold/fungus will look like a web by nature.

BUD ROT. plain and simple. You have to cut out and discard all bud in and around the area. Its not safe for consumption. Most likely got this due to inadequate airflow around your biggest buds.
