Moldy smart pot

I have a plant in a smart pot that's been sitting on some grass. Noticed my plant started not looking so good so I moved it. Noticed hella mold on the bottom. Why? And what do I do?

Not getting proper drain your best bet is if you can get a wooden pallet to place them on and drill couple dime sized drainage holes.

Might be beneficial fungi.

I hear you, 2 seconds after I wrote that, I thought you would think same thought, then I thought...
idea: scrape all the shit off best you can, and dip whole plant in rubbermaid of some kind of h202 solution or similar for microbe death down there, just dont soak whole medium with it if you want to keep soil 'alive', and like was said, then keep them off the ground with some airflow moving under there. The yellowish is kind of a sign, it's more of a yeast type thing and mushroom shit. good luck man.
