mollasses how to?

I was told that mollasses was a good carbo load tell me how do you add the mollasses to the water its so stickey do I dissolve it in or do you have to heat up the water first?

I take some of my water and microwave it till it is hot. About a cup or so. Then I mix the molasses into that and pour that into my jug or jugs. Then I shake it very well, Ph and I am ready to go. 1 tblspn per gallon I forgot to mention,

U use about one tablespoon per gallon, I just mix it up real good in there. Seems to work.
