Mom found my plants, need a decoy

yeah 1st time grower, mom came across my plants i the corner of my room.

my question is what plants can i grow near my pot plants to act as a decoy? at the store i bought some catnip cause i wanted some type of legal plant to not make it 100% suspicious.

can anyone think of a better decoy plant that looks similar to pot? even if it's just at the early stages, thanks a ton!

Get one of them plastic deer decoys,she'll be so freaked out over having a deer in the house she'll never come in your room again.

well, i'm 22, my mother is legally blind, and it's me, her, and my grandfather who just had a major heart recovery and pacemaker put in

i've lived in this house my entire life, i'm still a full time student, and she knows i smoke pot...

tomatoes sounds like a good idea, how long till you can tell it's a tomato and will stick out completley from the pot plants?

Amen to CALIGROWN.

You aren't going hide or disguise a pot plant growing in an open room unless your mother is blind and has no sense of smell.

If stuck at home, look outdoors.

i tried tomatoes but to be honest, after the pot leaves start comin out then its just too obvious, they're so distinctive.

she's foreign and "legally blind" not actually blind, trust me i can dupe her as long as i have any half decent decoy, i was just told to use coffee beans to soak up the smell, right now i dont think i smell anything cause they're too small, when they become obvious i'll just move them elsewhere:

well i guess if her sight really is that poor then tomato plants might do the trick...

I remember when mom moved in with me. I had done some bag seed plants and she would water them for me. She knew what it was too.

Damn she was cool! I miss her.

Guerrilla growing is your best bet, but plant a lot in different places. I think you will not grow many to maturity. Bugs, animals, people, etc.

Tell her this is a project for bio fuel. and these are new plants for your project. new spieces of plant. "yea mom it looks like pot plants but there realy not" Free gas hell she wont say shit. good luck

PUT A LOCK ON YOUR DOOR!

I assume (I KNOW.. .I KNOW...never assume) you are living there to help your legally blind monther and recovering grandfather... but if you are 22 then you should NOT have mommy coming into your room! If it's because she is doing your laundry or cleaning then I say STEP UP... be an adult and DO IT YOURSELF!

Put a lock on your door and tell your mom that as an adult you need your own space and will take care of your own shit. Don't ASK... just state it matter-of-the-fact. Install lock......... END OF STORY! :D
