So this is something I've had on all my plants this year, to varying degrees. It doesn't seem to progress into anything problematic. It almost seems to come and go. The reason I'm asking now is because one of my autos is completely covered with these specks. I don't see any pests, I've used neem once a week until flower and that seems to have deterred them from my garden. Could these freckles be caused by water and sun? I read it's myth that spraying w water in the sun will "burn" plants, so I occasionally give everything in my garden a little mist in the evening. I'm wondering if that's what causes this though?
