Most efficient grow?

Ok so here's the deal. I have a 250w/400w MH/HPS switchable n air cooled ballast. I am planning on exhausting passively with a 4" 200cfm sunleaves windtunnel. I got 10 feminized seeds (2 of them are autos). Here is my problem though: grow space. I am working with a grow space of 60" (or 84") x 18" x 48" (LxWxH in that order). I have grown twice before in soil. I am probably going to do soil again. My question to ya all is what method of growing would be most sufficient given my grow space. Assuming all goes well, given my space what would work best? SCROG?SOG? Just grow 2 or 3 big mommas? Somewhat leaning towards SOG, but not sure how that would work with autos..

List of strains would be helpful. But while i have not done it yet, im leaning towards a SCROG, I really like how nice your nuggs get. and you really seem to maximize each plants potential.

If it were me I would do a SCROG using 2 plants side by side.

Id do a scrog with 3 slightly smaller plants, to cut a couple weeks out of vegging time

can somebody explain what scrog and sog are to me please I'm having trouble ringing what they are..

Scrog is short for "screen of green". The concept is growing the plant with a screen over it. Creating a flat canopy to maximize the efficiency of the light.
