MT Med. Patients cards showing up opened?

As a MT Med. Caregiver it has come to my attention that new patients cards are showing up with the envelope opened or tampered with. It is supposed to be a confidential registry of patients. This sucks to think that some scumbag would be giving up this info. Lets speak up and put a stop to it. We trying to abide by the law and expect it of officials.
