My 2nd grow, in progress

I wish I would've documented this one a little better. I took the clone from my first grow, about 2-3 weeks into flower. It kept growing 3 leaves instead of 5, but it got strong root system so I planted it in dirt. Right after I transplanted my clone from water into dirt and took these pics it almost died because of a cricket infestation. Ugh! I was going to give up and turned off the lights. I came back a day later to clean up and this little lady had perked up as if to say, "I'm ready to grow now". The turn around to veg from flowering took forever, but it finally started getting 5 leaves on the fans two weeks before I decided to flower. I know the pot looks a little weird, but I was scared to fully transplant it and needed to make sure I had enough room for her to grow. IMG_20210718_141353.jpg

Above is in July, it took until the end of October to start really doing well. I took the picture below on 12/3

Thanks! I'll try it and see what happens. I'm scared to turn it up too high because it's 8 inches from the lamp and I already see a little burn on the bud in the middle just from leaving it at 25% all the time. The booklet said it should be 12" from the lamp. I suppose it couldn't hurt to fluxuate it between 25 and 50% I guess for part of it's schedule. This is so fun!

I have to use more fertilizer next time. I worry I'll give them nutrient burn, but frankly all my buds are about the length of a bic lighter. I get jealous when I see people on here with buds the size of their hand and stuff.

I turned up the lights and now all of her flowers are getting more white pistols. :D A few of the flowers fell over and are being supported by others because I let the stems get too long. They aren't as fat as some of the flowers I see on here, but for me this is huge! :D I'm so proud of my plant and grateful to you guys for telling me to turn up the lights! It's like a real pot plant now! We'll see what happens, but so far so good.

I took this today. I tied a bunch of the buds up with fishing line. All the buds are filling in. It's hard to tell in pictures, but I can tell. I stare at it for hours, like a jerk. LOL! I love it. I think it's going to be ready to harvest in a week or so. I pulled a lens out of an old projector tv and am using it to look at the trichomes. They are mostly white now, but I was hoping for a few couch-lock ambers before I cut it.

That’s resourceful! I stare at my plants for too long but it’s therapeutic. I think it’s going to get to a point where I name each cola…. fuzzy bear, buddhas sister, King Kong, Polly pocket, mctrichome. 2 of my plants flopped over because I wasn’t paying attention, they were getting that sway in them like they were unsteady, now they look like they have been bunched together like a bundle of flowers
