my 3 week plant a quick ?

Okay yesterday i posted in plant problems about my 3 week polyploid that was tampered with....it was broken right under the cotyldons ....i was told there that it was probably gone...but i did not throw it out i just kept it on the same routine and the spot on the stem has healed and it seens sturdy still....does anyone know if this means it will pull through....this isn't my only plant and it is northern lights if that makes a difference in recovery(the strain i mean)...there are no leaves left by the way just stem still there and healed looking and good roots
