My 8ball kush from barneys seeds.

Here are my 2 8ball kush from barneys seeds.
There are both 5 days old.
I see there is some stretch, I have them just under a cfl light for now.
Should I let them get a little bigger, then transplant into bigger pot.
Or should I be transplanting them soon?
I am planning on doing a scrog grow with these 2 plants.

they too small to transplant now. wait till the leaves cover the edges of the cups and the stems are a little stronger.
