My grow budget is in a sorry state,
Trying to pinch corners where ever I can for some good seeds.
I found a 250 Watt HPS light system from:

Is this company any good? I noticed their reflector is chromed, which I know is not ideal. But for only $140 new, or like $80 new. Is it worth it?
