Lower the light you have a lot of stretching. Not very much growth for a month.

Move that light as close as you can get it without burning the plant. And you'll need to feed it soon too.

are you using an incandescent lamp? after a month that plant should be at least 14", and mine veg under cheapo shop lights that cost $10

I would transplant and bury that stem up to the 2nd set of leaves in a big contanier, keep the light closer, and it will work out.
