my clones are wilting

i cut a batch of clones yesterday and they are starting to droop and a couple of them are wilting is this normal?

No. Describe your method and setup.

used 1 inch rockwool. used clonex gel. cut on 45 degree angle. all that stuff but the stems arent that big so i was thinking it couldnt support the weight from the 2 fan leaves

now they are in a humidome room temp 72 degrees also have heating pad. and i mist the lid every 5 to 6 hrs

Mist the lid no more than twice a day for now and remove the heating pad. If the rockwool is soaked, gently squeeze out as much moisture as possible. You want them moist, not drenched. If they bounce back, you can re-introduce the heating pad, though you'll have to decide whether it's even necessary.

When you say "now they are in a humidome", does that mean they were not before? Keep that thing on. Also, it's very possible the fan leaves are too heavy. I obviously can't say for sure because you didn't provide pics.
