My Dwc Grow

Thanks for sharing. I will definitely stay tuned to your grow. I suspect a sativa like like Grapefruit is just what I need, but I have stayed away so far because the plants are typically so much larger and my indicas are always over 3ft as is.
I have had a grow come through in soil. My tallest plant was 4'. My mother plant (still flowering) now is at 3'... but she does have 20 heads. The trouble with sativas is that they seem to flower forever, at least mine do. My mother plant had a decent veg', nigh on 10 weeks, yet she is coming up to 11 weeks flower, and she still looks like she could go another 2.

After these bubblers are finished I'll be turning my attention to my la confidential x mystery haze. Not a stabilised strain and I have been lucky enough I think (as sex is yet to be determined) to have a female with very high indica values and a female with a nice mix of the two. So hopefully 2 mother plants with variance in smoke.

Ok i don't know what the date is today, or maybe I do but i just can't think of it right now. Anyway I started flower on April fools day.

I hope the pics upload as I had trouble in my other thread.

the last pic is of a lower branch.

These girls are just over 5 weeks flower and through experience I know they will flower for about 9.5-10 weeks. Maybe a little longer.

three plants are sharing a deep water reservoir of 18 litres I have two systems like this making a total of 6 plants. very small for a dwc grow, but I think you'll agree the results speak for themselves.

This has been achieved along with my successful mother plant in dwc without the use of a truncheon and only using liquid litmus as a ph guide.

Okay. 47 days flower. 1 of the plants is dead. This is a direct result of 3 plants sharing one 20litre container (18litre water capacity). I've cut the plant off at the stem. The plant next to it (these are all clones from the same mother) has taken over it's space. I've just left the roots in there. I don't want to risk taking them out in case i damamge the roots of the other plant. anyway, the plant next to it looks more like 2 plants anyway.

I've certainly learned a lot from this grow.

Like to grow in separate containers unless each plant is guaranteed 30l of grow space is a major one right now.

Anyway, the pic's...

Yeah, it's only taken me 10 minutes to upload them. I think it depends on the time, as to how difficult it is to upload your pic's. Nightmare sometimes.

this is probably going to turn into a bit of a nightmare as well but I'm determined to get these pic's up of the larger dwc grow I have running. Hopefully, here they are... these pic's were taken at 5.5 weeks flower.

Not too bad, so long as i did one at a time... everything went quite smoothly.

Ok, some more cultivator porn'...

Hmmmmmmmmmm. Check out the buds on these bitches. 51 days flower in a 76 day flower cycle.

The old mother's gone now so I've put the other 400w hps on them, giving them 800w total.

As you can see from the first pic' I lost one. This is due to the small container size. 3 plants are sharing 18 litres. So in the one bin I now have 2 larger plants, and in the other 3 average looking plants.

what do u normally yield doing 400w dwc vs soil or other? could u give me some kind of comparative figure so i can put it into better perspective? i've seen some killer dwc grows but im not sure what the advantage is besides speed of growth.

I have two grows on at the moment... my first real harvests in DWC. I'll find out when I know a little more myself.

My plants in this journal are only growing in what amounts to 6l of space. Out of the 5 plants that are left, I'm hoping for 12 oz.

I have a larger grow on too, I provided pic's in this journal a few posts ago. We have much bigger containers. 8 plants with 14 litres each, and 3 with 30litres each. Although we didn't veg' the larger ones for long enough so they could fill the containers, out of the 11 plants we're hoping for about 35 oz. I'll let you know when it's done.

Right they've been flushed and have been sitting in plain water for a couple of days. I've harvested all of the weaker branches and am now happy to say that the rest of the buds are knotting up nicely.

I should be finishing the harvest either tomorrow or sunday.

I've already harvested all weaker branches. Now all that is left are 3 plants. In dry weight so far I'm only on 3oz. I should be on 6... We'll see though, I still have the main cola's to harvest off the 3 best plants, and I did harvest this stuff a little too early.

The rest will be coming out Sunday or Monday, could even be longer.
