My fan leaves are doing the wierdest thing

some of them are tilting to one side,and the newer ones with 7 blades..the middle blade isnt opening its staying curled over, not cupping for rain. but the exact opposite.

anyone know what the hell is goin on

It looks like a nute issue. I can see that the new growth you have has some yellow tips. Chill on the nutes and give it some PH'd water. I have a plant thats doing the same thing but nothing is wrong with it. It just happened to a couple of the lower leaves and now its normal again

It could just be the plant too...
