My favorite things to hear when medical growers get busted...

Too much weight:
I'm allowed 36 plants for my 3 registered patients...how could I know flowering 18 at a time would yield more than 7.5 oz...
It may be over, but it's still drying
That doesn't count..it's "curing"
That 4 lbs of sugar leaf trim? un smoke able/unusable..doesn't count

Outdoor Growing:
It's indoors..there just isn't a roof..


and we wonder why medical mj gets a bad rap from lawmakers and cops....

sad to say but its true. more people are making a mockery of the medical marijuana law then actually use it for defined reasons, other than chronic pain. i hope the lawmakers clearly define who gets to use this law with better language and a better understanding of the law so no more innocent people are caught up in the "I thought I was legal" arrests.

I agree..I hope that they can amend the law so that the legal medical growers are able to stay...well legal.

We all know that you can't grow EXACTLY 2.5 oz per patient, or per plant. Just like you can't know how many apples an apple tree will yield. But we can come close...and if the effort was made to TRY and comply..the law makers and cops would have a lot less fuel for their fire..

I think that if people know whats best for them, they'll stay out of the grey area's. As I'm sure it's been pointed out countless times that it's not that hard. If you're going alone , don't build a big room and space things out. If you're a caregiver, understand your patients needs and plan accordingly.

I hate to hear patients hacking on care givers and talking shit. assholes!!!!! a little unity and maybe some understanding? If you don't grow for yourself you're relying on someone else. Let us not forget it's a harmless plant that can't cause an OD and we did vote not for a biig damn hassle but for medical marijuana AND access to it. don't join their side just cuz you're all butthurt you don't get free pot or you can't get rich growing an herb. such pricks on here! fuck off cop!

Gotta agree. Sure, some people are going over their limits, but dont be a bunch of haters. I dont hear people complain how stoners in their state give a bad image to the possibility of a medical movement in their state. Why would you love to hear what someone says when they get busted? Thats like saying, "i loved it when the guy who broke his neck in a car accident said he should have worn his seatbelt. Dumbass" dont take pleasure in others meedless suffering. Haters

i hate you people who throw out so much spam about our law when you dont understand it just as much as the people who oppose it entirely.

cut your shit down. hang it. grab 2.5 when needed - 2 weeks later your patient is filled and you are back to zero. have a rotating system? you should be near empty on usable material at all times if you do it right.

ignorance is ignorant.

you are right about clones though. potential plant is still a plant until we fight for that. which ought to be your real concern. broadening our rights and not restricting further.

how are you administering trim to patients or yourself as a medicine?

i personally would make hash ice cream since i just got the new ice cream maker. oh noes i add milk and cream that throws the WEIGHT WAY UP THERE! i'm screwed!

sorry but once again - you need to either learn and label your shit. or stop crying about real disparities in the way the law has been enforced unjustly

did yall hear about that guy in colo who invited a local news station crew to his grow house of over 100 plants for an interview. then got busted by the DEA like a week later. he was all like "i thought i was within my state rights" lol what a tool. i dont feel sorry for peeps that do realy stupid shit to get busted. how many times in history has one idiot screwed everything up for everyone else. ppl should follow laws and regulations set down by the state they live in. if they dont there just abusing the privlidge of beinga MM pacient... this is gana piss some ppl off but i think that MM is just an excuse for stoners to get high and not worry about the cops. its absurde to smoke medicine...you dont smoke tree bark to get asprin... not to mention the affects of carsonegenics on your respatory sys. heres an interesting fact for all you heds during prohibition of alchohal "medical wisky" was distilled and perscribed by doctors. i think that MM is just one step closer to decriminalization of cannabis all together. allthough im not sure if legalization is all together for the best ether..if phillip morris (the marlboro cig ppl) get ahold of cannibis and they will chop it up with chemicals like they do tobacco. not a victory in my mind...in my opinion everyone should grow there own,. EVERYONE. if that was the case we'd never be dry.

The same people complaining are the ones flowering 6 plants planning on a 2oz yield from each plant and they are only patient status.... Hmmm... What do they do with all 12 of those ounces? I could care less, but why are they the ones complaining about people overgrowing?

I like to post date my cure jars...so some isn't ready for 2 months. I know this won't in fly court, but it makes since to me...I can't use till it's done. Are they going to start counting our seeds as future yeilds too?....and if I have a large yeild, the overages are on their way to the dispensary to be donated...the law says if I have overages , they can be taken to a commpassion club, so I label those jars" overages for donation"...still won't fly in court, but what chose do I have?
