My First Grow (Black Tuna-34.897%)

The seed sprouted 03/02/2024 and it came out of batch of Medical Dispensary Flower, how do I make it flower, and when should I make it flower? It’s currently exactly 48” tall and 27” wide, I have 3-150 Watt Full Spectrum LED’s that run 18 hours a day, and I water with Fox Farm Big Bloom once a week and Natural Spring Water every 2 days. What else can I do to make her happy? Parent Plant is a Black Tuna 34.897%
