my first grow here goes

well here goes into second week of flowering let me know what you think of my ladies.
started 21 seeds given to me from my mate and had 100% success rate.kiss-ass was growing at first in converted attic but proved to be a prob with cooling in the hot weather so now moved to closet in spare room. all pics will follow.
have trained and fim'd as they have grown. taken various cuttings (some succesfull some not so). resulting in many tops and some odd behaviour.have grown under 400 watt hps. from the lot i selected a mother now placed in 8 gallon pot. all other plants are in 3-5 gallon pots. have had no probs so far apart from some of my cuttings melting away due to bad rooting powder.
i was very lucky and had 100% females so no males to worry about and also good to know all my cuttings will also be female. my mother plant is under 24/7 90watt cfl and has just given me 15 more cuttings with plenty more still to take with lots and lots of new growths so take a gander tell me what you think and if you have any advice for me please give it as long as it is valid.

thanks guys i did a lot of reading up as i first started.to begin with i didnt know about training and fim'ing but now i know im glad i do. olny one of my plants are untrained and un fim'd just to see wat i yeild from a single top cola plant instead of 4/5/6 main colas i have on all my other plants. i fim'd the plants at 4/5 weeks young i know but height was always gonna be a problem for me.
i veg'd for 8 weeks put onto 12/12 but fcked that up with faulty timer so kept reverting to veg state instead of flowering.
so last week forced flowering with 10/14 light and they have all started to bud.
today noticed two nats flying round they died quick death. here are some more pics note the 2 litre milk bottle next to mother plant lol.
