My first grow room. Lookin for any tips.

I'm getting very close to beginning construction of my first grow room and would simply like and tips or pointers on things i should add or remove from it.
Being in an apartment smell is my primary concern.
I plan to have 12 plants.
2 300w LED hanging light
1 6in inline fan with a cabin filter before it and probably Ona Gel at the end
1 4in intake fan with a carbon filter before it
1 36 hour humidifier (humidity is usually 22% in the room)
I'll simply be using the rooms base board heater for temperature regulation
All the walls of the room will likely be covered with white poly and any possible air leak area will just be taped
1 oscillating room fan
And of course ph testing equipment along with a thermometer & hydrometer

Sorry for all the typos ahead of time haha And 22% is the humidty without the humidifier on, im shooting for 50%

Sounds like you have pretty much everything covered. With both of those carbon filters, smell shouldn't be an issue. Good luck and keep growing green!
