My first (successful) grow..."I Hope"

Ok their under 2 fluro lights I got from Wal-Mart...750 lumens each (not sure what EXACTLY lumens are) I do know the more the better but don't know what is sufficent...anyway...Their in a styrophome (spelling?) cooler that was in the shed behind my house when we bought it.

They where growing in my window seal so they stretched out alot but I don't care their still alive LOL i've been to this stage many times but they always die (first time under lights) I usually just let them sit in the window seal and they die LOL anyway first day under the lights...






And here they are now (some pictures are just distant pics of the setup)

Anyway keeping it basic i'm not selling any of the bud or anything and it's no special strain just what we call swag down in Texas...

Anyway comments and feedback would be awesome (after I successfully grow these i'm going to try a better strain) but I wanted to try with free seeds before I wasted ones I pay for.

take them out of the styrofoam (spelling)

I would switch to Fox Farms or some other brand, Miracle grow is garbage.

Not to worried about the soil atm just keeping them alive LOL like I said i'll upgrade to better materials when I get better strain going.

The styrofoam is holding the lights up ... if I take them out i'll have to figure something else out...Is there a reason I need to take them out?

Just so they get more air....that styrofoam probably holds in heat from the lights. I dunno I'm high just throwing it out there... hang some chain or string and hang the light from it.
