Im just curious if it's possible to put my fans inside and be able to close off the walls, or should I leave them be so one is bringing air in and one is taking it out?

The great thing about panda film (black and white poly) is that you can cut any shape you want into it.
Cut some wood out which is larger than each of your fans. By this I mean make sure the wood has enough width around the fan for stability (probably about 2 to 4 inches)
Mount the fans to their respective pieces of wood and then fix them to your frame in the required spaces. Remember intake low, out take high.
Cut the holes in the panda film for the fans and duct tape it to the wood to ensure it remains as airtight as possible.
It's a cheap fix that will take you less than an hour to do.
You'll have to think about a carbon filter but right now that is not of your concern, I guess.
