my grow so far with pics

why are the leafs starting to do this and they will turn 3 weeks in 2 days and how long should i wait to bud them if they sprouted on may29th and im going to put them in tall grass and brush any help is appreciated

If you are talking about the weird lines on the leaves, that looks like a leaf miner

I would let them go at least another 2 -4 weeks in veg, let them grow up a bit.
