How to help legalisation in countries. What breeders could do.
Basically. My idea is to produce a new type of strain, that would be a genre of its own.
If this idea is followed through, when browsing seed banks online, there would be a new type of seed next to the regular seeds, the feminized seeds and the auto flowering seeds.
Those would be auto-hermie-ing seeds
Sounds ridiculous right? I know. Why would anybody plant seeds that would no matter what, give you bud full of seed at the harvest. Bear in mind that this is simply an idea that I have, and is only here as an idea, and nothing more.
Basically, if many breeders perhaps collaborated and produced a strain that will (if successfully grow to harvest) :
1. Always hermie and produce hermie seeds.
2. Is autoflowering.
3. Is reasonably tough, and easy to grow outdoors.
4. Is decently potent. 10% thc. 3-5% cbd if possible.
5. Has seeds that can germinate easily. (Essentially self propagating)
For Example: Plant is not harvested. Bud falls to ground. Seed germinates. Etc.
With a strain like that, in countries where legalisation is not imminent, pro cannabis activists, could simply and discreetly induce a operation like the following:
1. Grow a couple of the before said AutoHermie Strain (AH for short) with guerrilla method.
2. When harvest time comes, simply collect the seeds from the auto hermie bud, and then proceed to plant at random in the same guerrilla area or another area.
3. Repeat step 2 until there are 100+ plants in the area.
Basically this idea would work by:
1. Stopping smokers from wasting money, and most importantly unintentionally funding other criminal activities.
2. Make cannabis more available to the public. Thus raising public awareness.
3. Stop abuse of hard drugs. I.E. : Instead of the homeless guy (y'know, those poor guys who live next to petrol stations) giving his/her last bits of money for impure and dangerous drugs like crystal meth/crack cocaine etc (or a normal guy buying alcohol) , he could take a walk up a nearby green area, and pick up some safe cannabis, for free, allowing him to relax despite what poor conditions he may be in.
4. Provide medication for people in places where medical cannabis is illegal. These people, for example: cancer patients, MS sufferers,people suffering from glaucoma etc etc. Could simply have a supportive caretaker, no matter how illegally, still provide relief ( side effect free relief) to the aforementioned patients.
Hopefully, with the widespread wild cannabis from AH strains. We can allow people to learn the benefits of this plant, allow people to have access to it, and hopefully bring us a step further to legalisation.
