Ok, iv been growing these 3 different bagseed plants since early may, and there looking great! Jus now iv been takin tiny leaf samples from the colas of the one plant that has purple pistils, and now its happening to my smallest plant too. No fert anymore for about a month. Btw all the leaf samples all have clear trichs but the purple colas are lookin to me mostly ripe pistils. Im really stumped n concerned rite now because im in NJ and trying to let em go to first week in OCT, i like gettin alotta trichs amber because i like the couch-lock feeling. I grow a few outdoor plants every year and this years my best grow yet! And each plant is a different strain. The pics go in order from healthy a week ago till todayimage.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg View attachment 3261180 Also all the pistils on that real fat plant and that lil rogue plant are all still white and swelling up fatter fast! Jus still clear trichs on every one.

Beautiful bud. The leaves I would say are just reacting to the end of their cycles. Sunlight reduction and temperature changes could be the cause. Anyway, I wouldn't sweat it, the plants are in top shape. Nice job

Thank you very much! Iv never seen anything have purple pistils before but they look gorgeous. Im so glad its not a nutrient deficency/abundance. Soon as the there ready, ill post pics of the 3 of them when their done and trimmed so u can see how nice they look under all that foliage! . But thank you very much for the help! I greatly appreciate it!

Cooler temperatures, even just at night time will cause certain nutrients to become less available directly, particularly where phosphorous is concerned. This can happen with all kinds of plants, not just Cannabis. While P is one of the chief nutrients directly affected by cold temperatures, other nutrients will also become less available indirectly due to decreased activity of soil microbes. Nitrogen fixation, aminization, ammonification and nitrification: all biologically-assisted processes of the Nitrogen cycle that result in plant available N will also come to a halt.

If you grow Cannabis outdoors in your garden with other plants, I'd recommend planting it with legumes at the start of the season. Try this next year. Green beans or peas will do fine just try to go for varieties breed with resistance to things like powdery mildew.

Oh wow! I didnt know that even a small drop in temp could have such an impact like that on the soil nutrient intake. So do you think i should start feeding it a bit maybe once a week? I havnt used anything special accept miracle grow singles that you add to a gallon of water and theres another im not sure of u add a cap full of it to the water and seems to work great every year and my soil is 1/2- 1/3 miracle grow slow feed top soil and 1/2 of miracle grow slow feed potting soil for root airation. Thank you very much! That was very informative and made alot of sense.im gonna have to definatly try out your suggestions next year And hopefully grow a better stash for next year! If you have any advice for me ta help the ladys right now or jus chalk it up to the cold. They have about a week n a half, two at best?

image.jpg Also i have the stems tied down from seedlings so that they didnt grow too high, we have alot of grimey people around and hey its Jersey so basically everythings illegal here! But i basically do a scrog type of grow n hide em behind the Habaneros n Ghost chilis! Hey i gotta do what i gotta do, this is my passion, one of the few things in life im "allowed" to enjoy and i absolutely love growing even if its just habaneros every year but cannabis is such a beautiful plant all in all. And what i really like is, even tho its bag seed, its a surprise when they flower and i love it. It may not be topshelf shit but its alot better than what people sell! Hopefully i can move out to cali or colorado where its legal to grow harmless, georgeous plants. Jersey can suck it.image.jpg
