Do you think my light is close enough to my plants

closer............1". sometimes my flouros touch the leaf tips.....lol. it burns them then........but not before. jack the little one up to be even with larger plant. bricks, a pot.......somethin

No your last picture shows you are getting some stretch action. I use fluorescents for my seedlings and they are about 1-2.5 inches away from the leaves.
