My mostly finished grow room

Hey guys, just showing what we've done so far, pretty much done. First grow for either of us. Basement setup. I didn't take many pics of the building process, because I was just in a hurry to get it done.
A friend and I did about four 10 hour days (spread out during mud/paint dry time) and spent $500ish in building supplies to build the room and $2500 in equipment for a total of about $3000

For venting, it's fairly warm outside this time of year in the Pacific Northwest, so we're just putting light heated air outside, however, during the cold months we'll pump the heat upstairs to save on the heating bill, which should help offset the grow costs.

Here is the room layout (won't lemme upload pic) - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/691/roomlayout1.png/

We are doing Stinkbud's aeroponic plan, started with an 11x12 room, made an airtight 8'x8' sealed flower room, a clone/veg area of about 11'x3' and a 8x3' hall/storage area (which some will say is wasted space, but I am very glad it's there, kind of a privacy barrier even though one isn't needed).
Using all the standard stinkbud measurements except we only cut 6 holes per plant site rather than 14. We used the same length and same amount of sprayers, so when we are legally allowed more plants, we'll have room in this room to more than double our current amount, with the same equipment too (just gotta cut a few more holes).

Our friend is lending us his dehumidifier since he is on a LLLOONNNGG vacation...and I really don't think we're going to need AC, but we'll pony up if it becomes necessary.

(3) 20 amp circuits dedicated for this room. Should be more than enough. Using ONA Gel, if smell becomes too strong we'll buy/make a carbon filter for inside the room, but we're out in the boonies.

Cost:
About 80 man hours of work (me and one other person 40 hours each...learning things as we go, such as electrical and shit so we could do it all ourselves)

Haha for sure, waiting on seeds to come in right now. I'll probably take pictures once a week during grow and post them all at once after first harvest (if I make it that far without screwing up).

Ya I'll be using clones...but seeds for very first startup.
On the one picture showing 3 buckets (2 stacked on top of eachother and 1 by itself) the 1 by itself is clone and 2 stacked in veg, will the 400w MH be too much for clones even if they're farther down? If so...I can move them to other side or middle of room.

I read a very interesting article regarding feminisized seeds... basically they hermie plants which result in more female seeds, hermie the etc etc, however these plants are more prone to go hermie... so if you plan to use a mother plant you are far safer buying regular seeds and just selecting the strongest female as your mother plant. however, if you don't experience any problems then good look, if you do then give this a thought

I appreciate the input. The seeds should be here soon, otherwise I'd probably change my mind on the order. I don't plan on keeping mothers, just taking clones from clones. If a clone I take from the original seed turns out NOT to be a hermie, is it still likely that a clone from that female clone will be hermie, or is it just the first clone that has that chance?
