$5,000 in a bad business venture, I might have jumped on that!
the bank hasn't even come in yet so it may be a few. it has a nice little shop out back that would make a perfect indoor grow area. it's one of those prefab shop type things. 8 dudes came in and built it in a day. it's wired and insulated with a door and windows. she said i could have it if i could move it. it's probably 15 X 30, maybe a little bigger.

140k for a house in legal nor cal????????????? damn..... whats the limit to how many you can have??? i know its 99 in humboldt county {plants}i'm not sure what's going on with it. i think she said 140 but i could be waaaaaay off on that number. i'll try to get more info today. i'm gonna go over and pillage in a few.
whatever you can prove you need is the limit, statewide. don't go over 99 plants or the feds come in though.

140k is a cheap house, if I lived there and it was a nice neighborhood and locale I would slap a mortgage on that right now!!

We're inking the deal on our place today; got the approval back today. That would be nirvana to have a block of cool friends all growing together, looking out for one another. If we could sell one of our rental homes back in Ga we could buy that place but not unless we could cash out of one of those.
