on the advice of some members i took down the foil on the walls
the first and second pictures are of what it used to look like in there
the next one is of what it looks like now, and the last one is of an additional room i had to set up to accommodate the plants that aren't growing as fast as the others and i really needed the space in the other one
what do you all think?

Oh, by the way, If you want to free up some of those electrical outlets, by dedicating all of those cfl's to one socket.....(I dont know if you plan to move them, but if you decide...) you can cut all but about a foot from all but one of the cfls, and "pig tail" them together into one series.
