My outdoor grow light

Well currently, since it's been some good temperatures outside, I've decided to let my plant out their to save some energy.
sun rise starts at 7:00-7:20 and sunset at 6:00-6:15 . (Light stops directly hitting my plant at around 5:30-5:55)
would this still give me my flowering stage?

as long as the plants get 12 13 or 14 hours of dark they will flower .
