my plants are bending down......

my plants are like leaning down. it seems if its like weak or something. its about 1.5 weeks old. should i just support them with a stick and tie it to it or what should i do. thanks

IS it indoor grow or outdoor ?
what light are u using an how far way is the light?
how old is the plant?
is there any stretching? (i.e. are the nodes over 4 inchs apart?
