my plants are getting to big... help

my plants are getting to big for my grow room , i cant move the light any higher and ive still got about 5 wks of flowering left need some help 1st time grower !

start tying them over.this may help

what do you mean , pull them away from light ?

Get building (If you can), If not I would recommend looking at the scrog set-ups try convert your set-up if its not to late. Train the stems to bend and tie them down using pins in the soil.

Try slowly .... a little each day to bend the stems. Don't do much if you haven't been doing this already. Strengthen the stem by gently twisting the stem between your fingers. This is best done early & often... you don't need a support system to hold them up if done right. You can bend them (eventually) completely side ways. You must be very careful you can break the stem very easily when bending , it safer to twist the stem. They should stop stretching after 2 weeks, so you should have only bud growth now. Not a bad problem though ...... good luck.

Use bamboo stakes, and some twine , or twist ties, and tie those stalks down gently... In the future, look into some pruning techniques, and possibly a trellis system, like the ScrOG or SOG system, to control canopy height, and fullness......
