I germinated all the seeds I had. After that, I planted them in the place where i wanted them to grow. I think some kind of animal came by can picked off some of them because there was an animal foot print right were they were and I know for a fact nobody goes back there. So I decided to take the two and move them because I thought it was a good idea as someone might wonder what I was doing (Thoes people wouldent go back there and they are never outside when I go but if they were).

I planted them in a little pot and moved them into the woods (in a spot with no trees) until they get bigger.

The soil I planted them in the first time. was kind of clay like. Im not sure if I broke some of the roots or what when I dug them up. That soil is still on the roots and Im afraid to try and get it off because I don't want breakage so I just put that into the new pot with potting soil. They were like this for the past week or so.

Questions:
Can someone explain what happens if roots break?
Do they heal back?
Kill the plant?
What do I do about clay like soil?
Are my plants normal size?
Could lighting be an Issue (I try to let them get as much as possible)?

I know it's kind of blurry.
I used my finger as kind of a size referance.
I think their growth is seriously stunted.
People tell me they must be dead, But they stay green.
This was taken about a week ago in my new spot.
I think they have grown a little from then.

Sorry I'm such a noob. =\
haha

WOW! where to begin?!.....read my blog for some tips hpw to do it next time...I'd say it's stunted from low light, or transplant shock...it can recover, but shocked plants never attain their full potential.

you know what, you should get some HUMAN hair and put some near the plants outside, not on them and that will keep the animals away because it smells like humans.
