My Plants have just stopped?? +REP

Hi my plants have just completely stopped growing and im stumped, ive flushed them out for a full week then started them back on 300ppm, 5.8ph and they just arent growing???
somone please help
 
week 7 and they are only at 5 true nodes, i am using a small amount of nutes due to them getting nute burned thats why i flushed them,
they are growing in an ebb and flow style system in 3inch net pots with 1x1 rockwool cubes and hydroton, the light is a 400w hps

Pictures? type of light? I'm not a hydro guy, but 300ppm sounds like 500ppm too low.

EDIT: LOL we were typing at same time..... You were answering my questions as I was typing them.
 
LMAO!! Yeah but im scared of burning them now so im trying to see how they go and just increase it step by step
 
id add a few drops of hormex per gallon h20 the vitaims and hormones should get your roots back on track id also take them off hps for a few days cause there a little fragle right now florecnts or mild hps should work nice for you ...300 ppm might be so low that its sucking nuits from plant id bumb up to 500 ppm and mist them with just water to suck out the toxictey ...good luck man hope you girls make it
 
Thanks so much sappytree +REP 4 YOU!! Will bump up to 500ppm and see what happens, does anyone know what could of caused them to just stop?
 
What could they be shocked from?? Couldn't be the hps cuz I moved em in there like a month ago and they had a growth spurt then came to a dead stop
 
that was like 2-3 weeks ago tho and i flushed them for a week with fresh ph'd water and some florakleen??? then i started back on 300ppm, its now at 460ppm probly guna boost it to 500ppm 2nyt.

generally 26 degrees celcius, has got up to 30 before but only happened once, gets down to about 17 with lights off, lights are off for 4 hours, and the humidity generally sits between 30-50 has got up to 75% b4 im not sure how lol but it happened.
