You're referring to the picture in your gallery, I assume?
They look nice and green, but very stretched out. Move those lights closer. I assume you're using CFLs, and I'm guessing they are much, much too far away. If using CFLs, they can safely be 3 inches from the plants and sometimes even closer than that. If you're not using CFLs then the light still needs to be closer, whatever it is.
