My Setup for weed ( need help)

Hi guys im newbie in this and i want to start to make 1 Weed plant i got everything and seed i will have in couple of days.




it looks something like that . temperature is about 29-30 Celsius however my room is warm.

Im asking if this temperature is alright to plant my weed ? and which sprays,fertilizers should i get.

I will be pleased if i get any information that would help me grow my first weed plant

also im using a lizard bulb 60w i think its good because it gives sun + heat what you think ? its my low budget

30c is a little high and that 60w CFL wont be near enough in flowering.

60w not enough for flowering sorry mate, and the blinds have holes in them even when they are shut which will allow light leaks into it
also tinfoil = no no
