Hi , this is my very first post and also my very first attemp at growing my own tomatoes 
I have been checking this forum among others for some handy tips on going about this , I have found this forum particulary helpfull so I have now adopted it as my main resource so now I think it's time I I troduce myself and my grow room , hello
I have spent nearly £500 setting it up , I have been guilty of throwing money at it tho instead of learning what I'm doing first , I was a cheap ass with a very important thing , my soil , I bought some dodgy soil and planted 8 feminized kings kush in it , 3 died and were root bound by woodchip in the soil .. Ohno
I tossed them in the bin and bought some canna seed mix , got my hands on 5 fem sweet toothe , these are germinating in the seed mix ontop of the 220w canatronics 4 tube compact t5 grow light that arrived yesterday .
I started the first 8 kings kush under a 600w hps as there was a huge delay in getting my flouro delivered , they gave spent 2 and a half weeks under the hps , most were quite I'll due to the bad soil but 5 have pulled thru , 1 is distinctly different from the others , it's much taller and it's leaf structure seems more round , does this give any indication of a possible phenotype ?
My grow space is a walkin closet , approx 1.2m wide 0.8 metres deep and quite tall at about 2.8 m . The plants are begging under the flouro light right now , once they are big enough to flower I will be taking clones and moving my flouro to a large shelf high up inside the closet , and flowering the rest in the bottom section under the 600w hps that I will hang again .
I don't have any real pics right now , just 1 of my baby kings kush , I will add plenty more pics tommorow .
Equiptment :-
rvk100 intake fan going thru acoustic ducting to spigot on bottom of the door , same rvk100 fan setup at top of Dior as outtake sucking thru rhino carbon filter.
Both fans connected to thermostat fanspeed controller .
9" deskfan circulating air
600w hps cheap Dutch barn type
220w 4 tube 2ft canatronics t5
7" ceramic pots + canna seed mix
biobizz grow + top max + bloom nutes
only 1 of my 5 sweet toothe has germinated so far , I'm more excited about this strain than the kings kush , so if I only get 1 plant I will be looking to clone it asap , does it have to be sexually mature to take clones ??
