N20 Friends-gearheads- for help and OTHERS ALSO help and tell me IS THIS A......???

Hey guys thing is wierd looking it has a button on the rear that can be pushed its hard though and its just a 3 inch long small rod. on the other side is a hole.
now underneath the top as you acn see is a blak like "base" with a smal disk on the bottom that screws up and won. it looks like theres a little thing to puncture a canister on the underside of the top where the black base surrounds.
My Q IS this some form of a cracker for N20 or maybe it was used to fill fukn balloons or sumtin but PLEASE Take a look and let me know what you think i realy appreacite it and all you gearheads to u might t=know what it really is if not a crcker of a sort,,,,,'

I highly doubt it's primary intended purpose is for cracking open canisters but looks like it could be used as one. I'd just as soon throw down 2-5 bucks for a plastic one in a smoke shop before trying it, freezer burn hurts like a bitch!

Perhaps I shall try the headshop, I can get the reg. Whip cream dispensers too,
Wich. Hear is better anyways load like 3 into one and can just let it sit and dispense without the cream (obviisly)

yeah just get a whipper there like £15 my one u can fill it with 8 canisters....
