Name This Critter?

I believe I’ve identified the first living critters in my no till beds. They are photophobic and hang out at soil level - not on the plants themselves. I set my hydrometer on the cover crop for a few and picked it up to find a few of these little guys crawling on it. They quickly retreated to the cracks in the hydrometer once exposed to light. The plants are showing slight signs of stress/deficiency, but are still growing well and are blowing up now that they’ve had time to establish roots.

Good? Bad? Cure if bad?

They can live for cpl months without food and you’re running an organic no til soil they are present. Without fungus gnat larvae they focus on other nematodes and microorganisms. They are a good predatory mite.
