nasty yellowing!!!~~?!?~

yo i waz jus bout to add a small nute tab and its got all dis nasy wet yellow shitwtf is this lmk thanks...

It could be a few problems. I noticed when I had my prob it was because there was a lack of nitrogen. The tabs I used with tomato and didnt have much. I think it was 5-19-21.
