Nearing harvest

I'm a new grower and I grow indoors in a room that is clean, no carpet and keeps the perfect temp and humidity...I have some that seem to be a little mature than the others...I have some that have brown tips on the cola's...is that 1 ready? Or?....

This is 1 of the plants I was talking about...the tips are an orangish color.

No. Several more weeks. All of the hairs need to be fully colored and recessed into the flowers
