need advice and help identifying

could any please help me identify this type. i feel that is indica but maybe a mix with sativa as im not sure of the mother plant got the seeds from nyc. ive seen a picture that looks almost identical to mine and they said it was mr. nice guy kush ?. i have 4. the biggest one is about 10" the others are about 8.5". its been about 3 weeks or little less. is it possible to start to flowering within a week and get a good crop or should i just wait it out until it gets taller. any guesses to how much i can get off each plant? right now i have 4cfls on them but when flowering starts ill get the 400whps light.
