im planning on startin some babies pretty soon. and i think they will get too cold on winter nights, unless i keep my flourescant bulb on 24-7, how much do u think a small fluorescant bulb on constantly would be on the electric bill. any advice would help
. even if you dont have everything you need. just germ some seeds for now.
