recently i have noticed some areas of "hot spots" or pH fluctuation on my small plants, or at least i think thats what it is. my tap water comes out at 7.5 and i push it down to 6.5 with some vinegar, but obviously after a while it doesn't agree with the soil (even though its "multi-purpose" meaning it already has pH stabilizers).

so is there anything i could do to help this babby?

IMO lemon juice works better than vinegar plus vinegar can leave a lingering smell.

Taking pictures of plants under HIDs is really hard to diagnose problems. Taking them under LEDs is impossible.

to actually describe it, its blotches of yellow with red/brown dots in the middle of it. it's not really a problem from what i can see but it may become one...

What Are you suing for nutes? It looks like iron or magnesium to me but still pretty early. If you haven't fertilized them yet, hit them with a good all around with micros 1/4 strength.
