need dual fan air exchange?

Im planning my upcoming grow and am considering options for air exchange.

I'm gonna have a 3'x2'x3' box for veg and my closet (about 3'x2'x6') for flowering, both with CFLs.

I dont feel like making a whole setup with the fans and tubes and such...
I was thinkin maybe id just put a squirrel cage fan on the side of my veg box for stem strengthening and airflow.

dont think i can do much with the closet other then put a fan inside for air circulation and then open it up durring light hours for air.

would this be enough to keep a CFL system cool enough?

also rooms ACed... so i can control room temp so some degree.

You could make intake and exhaust tubes out of dryer hose so that you can have the fans run all the time.
