need expert advice on growroom design

hi people, i am new to growing haven started but i have a space of height: 190 cm by width:200 cm by depth: 70 cm

i want to know how many sections i need e.g flowering, vegative, clones and mother plant

also want to know how much light i need also i want to use all three types of light mh, hps and flourecent, i heard using mh and hps gives a better yield

also how many plants can i fit in this space and how much yield i can produce per harvest

also how much time is expected between harvest, ideally i want to produce the maximum yield in the shortest time

also i want to grow sour diesel (boom tings) anyone know where to get the best sour d seeds

Any help will be much appreciated but only from mans that know what there chattin about

come on people i thought this forum had experts in growing

if you're new to growing i would advice starting low. Just my opinion.
