So I have this bubbleponics system and everything was going great. The plants had nice healthy strong roots hanging in the water in the resevoir. Then, I unhook it to clean it and give it new water yesterday. I wake up today and the once white roots are now turning brown and the leaves dont look quite as healthy. What have I done wrong? Did I expose the roots too much to light? Did I somehow infect them by letting them touch a shelf in my grow room? Is the new nutrient mix just a bad mix? Someone help quick! Don't know if I should change the water again or go and rinse the roots or what.
