Need help ASAP

I have a a cheap 6” booster fan that is 240 cfm and I ordered a 4 inch vivosun inline fan with a carbon filter because of my limited space and to reduce noise, but will the 4 inch fan suck enough air compared with the air that is coming from the booster fan? How should i set this up, again I have One 6 inch booster fan and one 4 inch inline dan with a carbon filter and some 4 inch ducting. Please help

Larger for extraction “ out “ ... inline for “ in “ or just a simple passive ducting without.
You want negative pressure....... meaning you want to “ pull “ air more.
